Background & Credentials

Vincent Romeo brings 20+ years of B2B sales and business development experience — including leadership roles in industrial filtration manufacturing and distribution — to his work in trade show exhibit strategy at Altitude Exhibits. Since joining Altitude in 2024, Vincent has worked with clients including Weir Minerals (the world's largest mining equipment company), MineSense, MicroMine, Famic Technologies, PressurePro, and Superior Industries (MineExpo); Miura (the world's largest boiler manufacturer), Viega, Cleaver-Brooks, Camus Hydronics, and Internal Combustion (AHR Expo); Cerebras and Wasabi (SuperComputing); BestPack and Boston Conveyor (PackExpo); Bridge Appliances (National Restaurant Show); and a multi-billion-dollar defense, space, and subsea systems provider across SOF Week, AUSA, and Small Satellite. The relationships speak for themselves — 18 clients have returned for repeat shows, a track record built on understanding each client's application, audience, and goals, not just selling booth space.

Education: Master of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio; B.S. in Environmental Science from Stephen F. Austin State University

Background

My background includes sales, operations, and exhibit-related experience through Altitude Exhibits. That gives me a practical view of how trade show programs work in the real world — not just in theory.

I work with companies that want to make better exhibit decisions, improve collaboration across the project team, and get more value from the way their booths support sales and marketing.

My approach

My approach is simple: understand the goal, evaluate the options, align the stakeholders, keep the process collaborative, and make the best decision for the program.

I believe better exhibit results come from clarity, communication, and a strategy that fits the company’s actual needs.

Collaboration is central to the work

A successful trade show exhibit project depends on collaboration between stakeholders, customers, designers, project managers, and the internal teams responsible for sales and marketing. My role is to help keep that collaboration organized, productive, and focused on the end result.

I value direct communication, practical thinking, and a steady process. I like helping teams simplify complexity, make better decisions faster, and stay focused on the parts of the exhibit program that matter most.
